Atos, a global chief in digital transformation, has signed a 4-calendar year agreement value £12 million with Network Rail to layout, supply and take care of a new digital personal cloud platform that will underpin the operations of Britain’s rail infrastructure provider.
The arrangement sees Atos migrate all programs from Network Rail’s legacy knowledge centers into a new digital personal cloud. The new knowledge centers will supply a very protected, strong and value-productive digital basis for Network Rail’s business whilst guaranteeing agility in a technologically converged setting.
The operation and support of the knowledge centers, offering state-of-the-art and value-productive web hosting capability for the UK’s rail infrastructure provider also comes under the management of Atos.
